Do you travel outside Port Harcourt for shoots?

Yes. We cover Lagos, Abuja, and other Nigerian cities on request. Travel, accommodation, and logistics are quoted separately based on your location and shoot requirements. Contact us with your location and we will provide a full quote within 24 hours.

What do we need to prepare before the shoot?

We handle the preparation. After booking, we schedule a pre-shoot briefing call where we review your brand, planned usage, team composition, and location. We produce a shot list and share it with you for approval before the shoot date. Your job is to make sure the right people are available and the location is accessible.

Can you match our existing brand visuals?

Yes. If you have existing photography — from a previous agency or an internal shoot — share it with us during the briefing. We will match the colour temperature, lighting style, and tone so new images are consistent with your existing library.

What if we need more images than the package includes?

Additional edited images are available at ₦15,000 ($12) per image. If your requirements are significantly above a package limit, we will recommend the next package or provide a custom quote. We confirm the number of final deliverables before the shoot so there are no surprises.

How do we receive the images?

Images are delivered via a private, password-protected download link within the turnaround window stated for your package. You receive full-resolution files for print and compressed versions for web and social — clearly labelled and organised by category.

Is the 50% deposit refundable if we cancel?

If you cancel more than 5 business days before the confirmed shoot date, the deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 5 business days of the shoot date are non-refundable, as the slot cannot be reallocated at short notice. We can reschedule your shoot once without penalty if you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
