Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. Every project starts with a free 30–45 minute discovery call where we learn about your business, your goals, and your requirements. There's no obligation and no cost. After the call, we send a written proposal within 24 hours.

Do I need to be in Port Harcourt to work with Brela?

No. Most of our projects are managed entirely remotely — via video calls, shared project tools, and email. We have clients in Lagos, Abuja, London, and the United States. Distance has never been a barrier. For Port Harcourt-based clients, we're happy to meet in person.

Are your prices fixed or do they change during the project?

Fixed. We issue a written proposal with a fixed price before any work begins. If scope changes, we discuss it openly and issue a change order before any extra work starts. We never surprise clients with unexpected costs.

How do I pay?

Nigerian clients pay in NGN via bank transfer or Paystack. International clients pay in USD via Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, or international bank wire. Payment links are sent immediately after the proposal is accepted.

What deposit is required to start?

We require a 50% deposit to begin work on all projects. The remaining 50% is due on project completion. For larger projects (above ₦2,000,000), we can structure milestone-based payments. We never ask for 100% upfront.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes. 7.5% VAT is applicable on NGN invoices issued to Nigerian entities, as required by FIRS regulations. USD invoices for international clients are not subject to Nigerian VAT.
