Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and meetings to introduce our services and solutions.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Help organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn about the technology and software development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Compensation
- This position offers a base salary of 60,000 Naira and a 10% commission based on project fees.
