Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and meetings to introduce our services and solutions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Help organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn about the technology and software development industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Compensation

  • This position offers a base salary of 60,000 Naira and a 10% commission based on project fees.
