We are hiring a revenue-focused Business Developer.
This role is for someone who enjoys conversations, outreach, persuasion, and closing deals.
If you like talking to business owners, sending messages, making calls, and turning conversations into revenue, this role is for you.

Performance Expectations (After Training Period)
- Minimum 5 discovery calls booked weekly
- Consistent daily outreach activity
- Active and organized follow-up on prospects
- Clear contribution to monthly revenue targets
- Proper CRM updates and reporting
The first 60 days is a structured probation period focused on:
- Training
- Outreach discipline
- Pipeline building
- Sales process mastery
What You Will Do
You will manage the process from first contact to signed client.
- Reach out to businesses, schools, churches, and organizations
- Start conversations with decision-makers
- Book discovery calls
- Understand client needs
- Present Brela’s solutions
- Send proposals
- Follow up consistently
- Close deals
You are selling:
- Professional business websites
- Corporate digital systems
- Platforms that help organizations look credible and attract inquiries
You will NOT be designing websites, coding, or running ads.
Your focus is revenue.
Compensation
- Base Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦140,000 monthly
- Commission: Up to 12% on every project closed
- Recurring Commission: On maintenance plans
- Monthly Performance Bonuses
There is no earning cap.
High performers can earn significantly more than the base salary.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Confidence speaking with business owners
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs, WhatsApp, email)
- Ability to follow up without being discouraged
- Sales or outreach experience is an advantage (not required)
Working Hours & Remote Expectations
- Monday–Friday
- 9am–5pm (WAT)
- Daily/Weekly check-ins required
- CRM updates mandatory
